Drop by our physical store Visit EcoRing Indonesia at our Darmawangsa Jakarta or Mall of Indonesia branch with your items to start selling, no appointment required. Reserve a spot for a non-waiting session at our Menara BCA Jakarta or BSD City Tangerang branch.

Step 2

Appraisal session
An EcoRing Luxury Appraiser will be assigned to evaluate the actual condition and authenticity of your items right away. Thereafter, a final and non-obligatory quotation will be offered for your consideration.

Step 3

Receive cash on the spot
If our final quotation is accepted, payment will be made to you immediately via Cash or Bank Transfer.

Increase your chances of selling at a higher price!

Condition and accompanying accessories

The closer your item is to that of a brand new piece, the higher the price you can sell it for. This is assessed based on the item’s condition, as well as the original accessories that came along with the item. This can include the original purchase receipt, authenticity card, packaging box, dustbag or even spare parts and instruction manuals in the case of watches. If what you’re selling comes in the original full set, you can expect a higher price when selling to EcoRing Indonesia.

Storage and maintenance

Scratches, stains and odour are some common factors which can affect the resale value of your luxury pieces. Use a soft cloth to wipe off dirt on your items’ surface, or use specialised detergent in the case of stubborn stains. Unpleasant odours from cigarettes, mold or perfume can be significantly reduced under sunlight and with sufficient ventilation. Proper storage with dessicants and deodorizers is also highly recommended.

Seasonality

The fashion calendar year is divided into four seasons and selling the right items in the right season may fetch you a better selling price. Out-of-season pieces are commonly sold at a discount or via bulk sales, which would inadvertently affect their resale value in the secondhand market as well.

Market trend

While new items generally fare better in terms of resale price, fashion is a cycle that repeats itself and certain vintage or classic models may experience a sudden spike in popularity. Celebrity and influencer styles also play an important part in determining how luxury trends evolve over time, which in turn affects the selling price of your pre-loved luxury pieces.
